Service Standards
Our service standards have been designed to provide a quality experience for our clients within acceptable timeframes. In many instances the speed with which we can complete tasks will depend on third parties which will include the advisers and trustees for whom the service is being provided.
All days mentioned are working days.
New Fund Establishment
From Receipt of Completed Order
Within 2 days (Target 1 day) - Letter of welcome and acknowledgement forwarded to adviser
Within 10 days (Target 5 days) - Deed and supplementary info forwarded to adviser, fund established on systems
Approximately 28 days - Regulated Fund Certificate, ABN and TFN from the Aust Tax Office
Existing Fund Take Over
From Receipt of Completed Order
Within 2 days (Target 1 day) - Letter of welcome and acknowledgement to adviser. Ethical letter to former administrator.
Within 30 days (Target 14 days) - Request for more detail from adviser/accountant. This will depend entirely on the complexity of the fund and the completeness of information received.
Within 45 days (Target 30 days) - Fund established on systems but not necessarily up to date depending on documentation as per previous point.
Deed Upgrade or Change of Name
From Receipt of Completed Order
Pension Establishment and ETPs
From Receipt of Completed Order
Ongoing Processing of Matters for Administration Purposes
From Receipt of Complete Information
Completed Fund Financials
lodgement of Audited Accounts with the Regulators
Technical Responses
Valuations
Previous days ASX and most recent Morningstar values are applied to the web each day. Investments requiring manual valuation will be as notified by the adviser/trustee or as available to Tranzact Super.
