As there are multiple documents required for completing an application these have been gathered together in a single document depending on the whether the fund is new or existing, the number of members in the fund and whether there is a corporate trustee or individual trustees. This list is current as at 1/7/2006. If you are transferring several funds at the same time the Multiple Transfer Summary will be of assistance. We will then prepare the rest of the documentation for you.
