There are multiple documents required for completing an application. These have been gathered together in a single document pack and applies whether the fund is new or existing and whether there is a corporate trustee or individual trustees.
The single document pack is based on the fund having 2 members, as this is the most common. Where the fund has only one member then you simply do not complete the forms for a second member. Where there are either 3 or 4 members in the fund then you can obtain additional documents from our General forms section by clicking here.
If you are transferring several funds at the same time the Multiple Transfer Summary will be of assistance. We will then prepare the rest of the documentation for you.
